Sing and Dance Sensation

Many researches claim that no two snowflakes are the same, but KIS goes beyond the possible. For about one week already the multipurpose room has been a "magical winter wonderland" decorated with numerous identical snowflakes for the Sing and Dance Sensation, an annual preschool concert.

On Tuesday, December 11th, the 3-year-old classes presented the winter show for their parents. Each class was assigned a dress-up theme, so the stage was filled with snowmen, Christmas trees, reindeers, angels, and other personages. However, the magic did not end at that. "The Preschoolers sang winter holiday songs about snowman and December, they danced as snowflakes and etc," Mrs. Lastovych informed.

The children practiced for a whole month to put on this wonderful show, but they definitely would not be able to do it alone. Mrs. Lastovych was in charge of the music, Mrs. Zakharova took care of the dances, while many other teachers and paraprofessionals helped with the decorations.

Tomorrow, on Thursday, December 13th, a similar performance will be held by the 4-year-old class. "All of the 4 year olds will have the same mittens and beautiful Christmas hats," Mrs. Lastovych said. Do not miss out on this cute performance by our little preschoolers!
