The Day Of Love!

Each year, in one special day, February 14th, people from all around the world exchange gifts, flowers and tell each other that they have feelings for each other. Though, where did this day come from? Turns out, Valentine's Day is named for a Christian Martyr and dates back to the 5th century. During the Middle Ages, people in England and France held a popular belief that birds started to look for a mate from February 14. This popular notion further strengthened the idea that Valentine's Day festival that falls in the middle of February should be celebrated as the day of love and romance. The concept soon gained ground amongst the lovers and they began to celebrate the day by exchanging love notes and simple gifts like flower.
Here, at K.I.S., students send candies and flowers for each other. It creates the atmosphere of the holiday. In the evening, there is going to be a movie night on Friday! It is a great way to spend the day with your friends, or loved ones! If you come to the movie night dressed up as a famous couple, the entrance is going to be free! So be creative, bring your friends and enjoy the day of love!
But mostly important, remember to tell your family how much you love them everyday.
